We want to commend your floor-installing team of Steve Snow and his two helpers, Steve and Danny.  They did an absolutely outstanding job of installing our Bruce floors and went beyond the "call of duty" to make this huge job as painless and as pleasant as they possibly could.  They were constantly cleaning up the mess the sawdust made and kept asking what else they could do to help us.  They even helped us put felt pads on the furniture and helped us move most of it back in place- they moved our heavy organ with ease and smiles!
